Harrison works with Taktile's customers to deliver operational technology solutions that realize their goals for improvement.
Prior to Taktile, Harrison was Engineering Manager at SQZ Biotechnologies. He was part of their team that won the 2014 MassChallenge startup competition and was named one of Scientific American's Top 10 World Changing Ideas that year. At MIT, he led development of camera systems for asteroid surface characterization.
Harrison was inspired to start Taktile by his grandfathers and father, all of whom worked throughout their lives to support and lead Illinois manufacturing.

Eric leads science and product development efforts that empower Taktile's customers to take back the hidden factory.
Prior to Taktile, Eric was responsible for industrial engineering at a major grocery wholesaler. He is an expert in operations finance, Six Sigma techniques, and directly engaging operators to drive bottom-up improvement from the front-line.
Eric was inspired to start Taktile based on this operations experience and his PhD research in human decision-making. His goal is to disrupt the machine from the inside.
